Three Penn State DuBois were select to PSUAC All-Conference teams led by Tessa Vargas for the women and Chris Dickison and Jovan Brown for the men's team. Coach Dave Bennett was selected as PSUAC "Coach of the Year".
Beating a team for the third time this season proved to be to much for PSU DuBois as they dropped a first round PSUAC playoff game 77-66 to PS Greater Allegheny.
Nearly 200 people were in attendance for the 5th Annual "Lion" Wine & Cheese fundraising event Feb. 10th at the Multipurpose Building. The night featured wines from six local wineries and a Silent and Live Auction to benefit the Intercollegiate Athletic programs at PSU DuBois.
For the second time this year Tessa Vargas has been named player of the week in PSUAC basketball. Tessa averaged 22 points a game last week in 2 wins and 1 loss for the PSU DuBois Lady Lions.
With a "Pink Zone" crowd sporting their favorite color of the day, Penn State DuBois women lead throughout the game ove Penn College in a 69-55 win.
The entertaining game had the teams knotted at 79 to end regulation, with eight lead changes in the final ten minutes of regulation and five lead changes in overtime.

PSU DuBois claims to wins on the road over conference foes Wilkes-Barre and Hazleton. A 3 point win over Wilkes-Barre on Friday night was followed up with a 1 point victory over Hazleton as Lynnie Schirmer hits game winnng 3 pointer with 2 seconds on the clock.
PSU DuBois lady Lion are excited about joining the cause in the fight against cancer with a Pink Zone game on February 4th. This game will becoordinated inconjunction with University Park's basketball game on Feb. 26th.
