The baseball team hosted a double header tonight at Showers Field against Elmira College. In game 1 DuBois got down early as Elmira would capitalize off of a few hit batsmen. Down 4-0 DuBois would battle back thanks to a 3 RBI game from Grant Lillard. DuBois would rally back to win the game, 7-4.
In game 2 DuBois would be the ones to jump out to the quick lead as they would score 3 runs in the bottom of the 2nd inning. Another 5 runs in the bottom of the 4th helped DuBois with some breathing room, but a scare came as Elmira scored 6 runs in the top of the 5th inning. DuBois would hold on to win game 2, 9-6.
Cory Lehman had a 3 RBI game for DuBois in game 2 while Bryce Dobson and Cole Breon had 2 each for the game.
