PSUD golfers 2nd at Schuylkill Invitational
Brockway High school product, Derek Buganza was low scorer for PSUD on Thursday with an 80 to lead the team to a second place finish.
PSUD Finish Second at PSU Schuylkill Invitational
Penn State Dubois golf improves its overall record to 19-6 with a second place finish at the PSU Schuylkill Invitational Golf Tournament on Thursday.
The Penn State DuBois Golf team has played in four tournaments so far this year and has had four different golfers step up and register the individual low round. At the Schuylkill Tournament, Derek Buganza (Brockway HS) fired his season low of 80 to place third in individual scoring on Thursday. Four other PSUD golfers fired in the 80's to help the team scoring. They were lead by John Gaylor (Clearfield HS) 85, John Kane (DuBois HS) 87, Tighe Truman (Brookville HS) 88, and Vinnie Montanari (Redbank HS) 88. Aaron Herzing (DuBois CC) rounded out the scoring with a 99.
