Golf has another good showing at York Invitational
The Penn State DuBois golf team turned in an impressive performance at the Penn State York Invitational, showcasing depth and consistency across its lineup. Leading the way was Gavin Kaschalk, who delivered a stellar round of 71 to claim second place overall in the tournament.
Kaschalk's strong showing set the tone for the Nittany Lions, who saw two more golfers finish close behind. Brock Smith fired a solid 77, while Quin Gavazzi carded a 78, giving DuBois three players inside the top tier of the leaderboard.
The second place team finish with a 307 performance at York continues a promising fall campaign for Penn State DuBois, as the team looks to build momentum heading into the heart of its schedule. With Kaschalk emerging as a consistent leader and the supporting cast showing steady improvement, the Lions appear poised to contend at upcoming tournaments.
