The only issue for the softball team yesterday afternoon was the 2nd inning of game 1 of a double header on the road against PSU Schuylkill. DuBois would get on the board first with a single run in the top of the 2nd inning before Schuylkill would get all of their runs in the inning. After that DuBois would battle back and Caitlyn Watson's home run in the top of the 6th would bring DuBois to within 1 run but would fall short and lose game 1, 6-5.
Game 2 saw DuBois start fast right out of the gate with a 4 run first inning and never looked back. Pitcher Megan Hyde would hold Schuylkill in check for the complete game as DuBois would win game 2, 5-2.
