The women's basketball team found their first conference win of the season last night as they travelled to PSUAC opponent New Kensington. DuBois went down early in the 1st quarter, but quickly bounced back to be down only 1-point headed into halftime. A continuous battle through the 2nd half found the teams tied at the end of regulation and would go into overtime where DuBois turned up the heat with a 12-1 overtime score to give DuBois the win, 67-56. Sarah Huston would lead all scorers with 18 while Megan Durandetta and Tara Leamer would each pull down 8 rebounds. DuBois will be back in action at home on Friday and Saturday of this week.
